The Zippi solution has been carefully constructed to address three of the major challenges within the eBay community: (1) the major imbalance of buyers (90%) versus sellers (10%) which is constraining growth, (2) the lack of unique products being offered, and (3) the shrinking margins as a result of these other factors. The enormous success and growth of the eBay Marketplace to 147 million current registered users, from 150 countries,, with 50 million listings at any given time, is being threatened by the above factors. The hallmark product and model for all future training materials consists of an award winning CD-ROM co-developed with the experts at eBay. This multimedia CD-ROM provides an interactive user experience, allowing users to learn at their own speed, while explaining the ins and outs of buying, selling, and navigating the “eBay” Marketplace.. The environment is set in a 3D virtual city with it's “expert cyber cabbie” as an interactive guide who trains users how to buy, bid, and sell on eBay. Utilizing movies and tutorial overviews and step-by-step guides, the training and examples of online auctioning in this CD-ROM are one of a kind.

eBay Drop-off Stations
By leveraging existing businesses and infrastructure locations (self-storage type), Zippi will be overlaid onto existing locations, creating co-branded “eBay Drop-off StationsTM”. Zippi strongly believes this is the future of gathering unique product and facilitating a commission based sales movement on eBay. Each and every location (self-storage type) has inherent and built-in access to an enormous quantity of both customers and continually renewing product, at each of these “Storage facilities” across the country. The Zippi “Affiliate Network” can sell a percentage of this product and many of these customers can be targeted to join the Zippi “Affiliate Network” as well. This strategy provides Zippi with a built-in expansion opportunity, with predetermined location growth, establishing a national presence virtually overnight. This business combination, in the vein of the “Fed-Ex / Kinko’s” style locations, provides easy access to “eBay Drop-off StationsTM” across the country. These stations will be utilized by Zippi partners and their social networks of “Affiliates” and create an additional opportunity to bring inventory in from the existing storage customers (whether moving in, or moving out) to eBay. PayPal Transaction Services
Through prior and ongoing discussions between Zippi, Inc. and PayPal, Zippi Networks, Inc. has achieved a working relationship with PayPal (an eBay company). PayPal has designated key management and staff to support the launch and growth of Zippi Networks, as a key service and solution to the eBay community. The support that has been outlined comes in several different forms, including PayPal’s willingness to market the Zippi solution to over 100,000,000 current and existing PayPal members. In addition, they will facilitate tracking and distributing commissions within the Zippi affiliate network. This transaction and commission distribution system has been recently deployed and is known as “Mass PayTM”. The nature of the Zippi / PayPal relationship is positioned for growth on several fronts, and represents a business relationship aggressively pursued and rarely achieved by most eBay service providing companies.
